Rental car cancellation

The cancelation can be made via our toll free number 1866 2983838 or through the contact form in the Service area of the website. If you make a car rental cancelation, you will receive a copy of the car rental cancelation request for your records.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period, or if the reserved vehicle is not collected, the customer is obligated to pay the full rental charge.  It is possible for the customer to return the car within 24 hours of the rental date without penalty if the customer can prove that the rental company does not suffer from the loss of the anticipated rental fee.
