Complaints and Claims

We would like to be able to deal with your complaints or claims as quickly as possible.  Therefore we recommend that you to get in contact with us online.

Please make sure that you provide us with all the documents required. Proof of payment/credit card statements as well as receipts.  In the event of an accident we require a damage report in addition to a police report. 

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please make sure that you provide us with the following documents:

Best Price Guarantee

Find a better deal somewhere else? Well we’ll match it! Just let us know where you found a better offer and we’ll adjust our prices for you. Even if you already have an existing booking with us, you can submit our competitors price within 24 hours of booking with CarDelMar to take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee. In order for us to offer you a more competitive price, all specifications between CarDelMar’s and the competitor’s offer must coincide. These specifications include vehicle type, rental dates, rental locations, add-ons, additional costs (taxes and fees) and insurance benefits. The Best Price Guarantee is only valid when comparing the prices from another rental car broker and not a direct supplier.  All competitors’ prices must be quoted in the same currency as CarDelMar. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to bookings made on request.

By pressing the ‘Print screen’ button on your keyboard, your computer will take a picture of what is on your screen and copy it to your clipboard. This image can then be pasted into other documents such as an email. In order to properly use this function for the Best Price Guarantee, pull up the window where the more competitive price is being offered, maximize the window and press the ‘print screen’ button. After opening a new email you can paste this image into the message along with the above mentioned details.  Attachments must be in one of the following formats: .pdf, .doc(x), .jpg, .ppt(x)
