How to cancel a booking and what is the cost?
You can cancel your booking with CarDelMar up until 24 hours before the start of the rental period. The cancellation can made through our hotline 1866 - 29 83 83 8. After the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a copy of the order of cancellation for your records.
Cancellation is free of charge within the first 24 hours of the original booking, as long as the reservation has taken place more than 48 hours before rental begin.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled rental period or the failure to pick up the vehicle will result in the customer being obligated to pay the full rental amount.
