How does the Reservation Process work?
You can make a reservation through our website or our call center. All payments must be made by credit card. At the end of the online reservation process a "Summary" or reservation confirmation will appear, showing your reservation number. Please print out this page as a confirmation. Once a reservation has been made online or through our call center, we will send you a voucher by Email (PDF), fax or post. This voucher must be presented to the local rental company in order for you to collect your rental car.
