Customers may cancel their reservations up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period. The cancellation can be made via our hotline: 0905/ 848 0102 (0.25 GBP/min.). If you make a cancellation, you will receive a cancellation invoice for your records.
There is no charge for cancellations made within 24 hours after the reservation, provided that reservation has been made 48 hours before the start of the rental period.
Flat rate cancellation fees are charged as follows:
- if the cancellation is made more than 4 days before the start of the rental period: 19.00 GBP
- if the cancellation is made less than 4 days but more than 24 hours before the start of the rental period: 49.00 GBP
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period or if the reserved vehicle is not collected, the customer shall nevertheless have an obligation to pay the full rental charge. The customer may also provide proof that full payment of the rental charge, in the event of cancellation of the reservation or non-collection, has caused a loss.
All prices are quoted in GBP and are valid from the beginning of the rental period 01/03/2005.
