Anja Kostorz - Manager Yield & IT Coordination
Anja joined CarDelMar in 2005 when the company was still going through its teething phase. Anja started as an intern, times whom Anja reminisces as: "One of the greatest opportunities I have ever been given. I have had the chance to take part of a thrilling project where every single action had to be thought and done from scratch. There's absolutely no better school than such experience." Quickly embraced for her sharp analytical skills, Anja has since worked her way through an outstanding path of achievement and success to her current position as Manager Yield and IT coordination. Recognized for her acumen in performing accurate process analysis and yield management, her dedication and pure love of her work has earned her the trust and respect of all those around her. "I love my job, this company, and the people I work with. "
Anja says. "I wish everyone could know the joy I have of just coming to work each day. There is this very special and genuine "plus" at CarDelMar that keeps us always on the move. CarDelMar lives by the philosophy that anything is possible and treats its employees, customers, partners like family and also like its most valuable asset. I am so proud of what CarDelMar has become."
While it often ends as a great challenge to keep up with Carsten's eagerness to move on even faster on multiple fronts and plans to explore new markets, Anja is always ready to undertake any task to achieve CarDelMar's development objectives. We place our customers and partners' satisfaction on a high priority with the understanding that there is growth opportunity for all people involved. We are no arrogant ones. We are the nice guys." Anja says.
Anja, whose responsibilities also include IT coordination, is a much sought after IT problem-solving maker by all her peers supervising all in-house IT implementations. Even though she previously did not have any IT training backgrounds, she proved herself as a top IT liaison with all CarDelMar IT partners thanks to her commitment and drive to learn all processes. "I am so grateful to have been given me such assignment with the scope of learning by doing." Anja shares.
Anja is a workaholic, but she manages to enjoy two particular hobbies: soccer and a passion for the French language. Even though she claims she does not like the way French people pronounce her name, we believe that she secretly loves it. If you wish, we will tell you more about it.but please mum's the word, do not tell her that we could have spilled the beans! One of Anja's dreams is to purchase a Beetle. However, forget about her dreaming of just driving her car on scenic roads.
Anja graduated with a Bachelor with a major in Leisure and Tourism Management from the University of Stralsund, Germany in 2004.
