Even though always approachable by all his team members and his partners, he is always on the move truly developing, living and experiencing CarDelMar’s services guided by his own genuine passion for travelling around the world. In synch with today’s society, Mr. Greiner is a modern Phileas Fogg and a man of strategy with a determination to go all out to allow something new to break through. If you happen to see a 6’4 man driving a SMART in Rome (yes…his team members still ponder how he manages to squeeze himself into such tiny car but boundless motivation is the key that opens all doors, isn'it?) or a Jeep in the Garden Route in South Africa, then you have a chance to catch a glance at Carsten for a short instant as he is moving again…
In the late 1990s, after earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from the European University in Spain, Mr. Greiner decided to pursue further training programs such as the INSEAD Strategies in Services Program. This combination of strategies expertise and management background earned him an offer from the Mars Inc. in Viersen, Germany where from 1997 to 1999, he launched shelf optimization software CAPITAL 2000 and implemented a number of strategies for impulse and retail sales channels as Category Manager.
In April 1999, Mr. Greiner switched to the car rental industry, joining Europcar as Marketing Manager before rapidly taking up the responsibilities of Marketing Director in 2000 developing strategies within the entire car rental marketing mix - the best preparation for his current duties as Managing Director of CarDelMar.
Carsten takes pleasure in accepting challenging tasks and he is really proud of CarDelMar success story but as an enthusiastic worker and traveler, he wants to keep on moving aware that the final destination is continual growth and great customer satisfaction.
